We wanted to buy an investment property in Sacramento & surrounding area, but not being local had its challenges especially with COVID-19 situation. We chatted with a few property managers in the area so as to find someone who is willing to be the buyers agent and also manage the property later. Our casual chat with Reza lasted an hour and he explained about the different neighborhoods, ideal home size and possibilities. Few weeks later we planned a trip to the area and we asked Reza to take us around some open houses and new constructions. He planned our whole day taking us from one neighborhood to other neighborhood, explaining the pros and cons, we were impressed with his planning and enthusiasm.
Finding the right property management was a hard task, but we came across an amazing company, Keyrenter Property Management. The owner, Fara, has been a great point of contact as well as Liz at the office, they both have shown us integrity and respect. In today’s world that is hard to find. When we first applied Liz took the time to explain their process and requirements, and what the type of customer they want to place on the homes. Which now I can see why they have this process.
Wonderful working with key renters. They are kind, patient and attentive. I would highly recommend them.
